Harrison Atkins, a popular member of the Tower 42 security team has been chosen as a match for bone marrow donation.
Harrison registered with the Anthony Nolan Trust when he was collecting his number for the London Marathon in 2014. Almost a year later, the trust contacted him and mentioned they had found a potential match and would he be prepared to donate? Harrison has jumped at the chance and attends hospital to donate from 9th June. Harrison said “the opportunity to save someone’s life doesn’t present itself that often, so I am delighted to be donating despite the discomfort I am expecting”
The Management and Staff at Tower 42 are very proud of Harrison’s gallant gesture and wish him well for a successful donation.
